People from Oregon are beautiful for looking at you in the eye walking down the street then saying 'Hello'. That's a nice invitation to show me that house. I have been to Eugene before. My roommate at Reed, Tim Buck Armstrong, was raised there. I got to play Ultimate frisbee there a few times. One time was crazy... It was my first tourney. Pouring rain. No field drainage. We played 6 games in shin deep mud next to the football stadium on opening weekend with tens of thousands of people all wearing the same yellow beaver ponchos walking past us. It was thick with fog, but I could still see the helicopters fly overhead the stadium. I just bought my first pair of cleats.
Thank you for liking our snowman! We were so proud of it, but then he died the next day! Mike and I thought someone snatched him because he was so sweet, or maybe just murdered him out of jealousy....but who knows
(As far as that backpack tripod comment I left, I was meaning you used a backpack as a tripod, since it was low to the ground...dont worry about it.)
I'm fine on this fine day, a bit of a sore throat, but I just got some tea at the Healing Tree, so hopefully that shall make it all better. And, I just lit two candles that will hopefully shed enough light upon the pages of this book "The Namesake" which I plan on reading right now.
And how do you do?
